Clipboard Manager for Elementor

Clipboard Manager for Elementor enhances Elementor’s built-in clipboard with a multi-item stack, letting you copy elements — then paste any of them anytime.

Why does a multi-item clipboard matter? Every time you copy a widget or container, it’s added to your clipboard history. Select any item — or multiple items — and paste them with Ctrl+V / ⌘V, just like Elementor’s native clipboard, but without losing what you copied before.

Features

  • Multi-item clipboard stack — automatically captures every Ctrl+C / ⌘C
  • Native clipboard compatibility — Ctrl+V / ⌘V pastes the selected item(s), no workflow changes
  • Floating panel — draggable, resizable dialog; can be stacked below Elementor’s Structure panel
  • Multi-select paste — Ctrl+Click / ⌘+Click to toggle, Shift+Click to select a range, paste them all at once
  • Rename items — double-click to rename for easy identification
  • Persistent storage — items survive page reloads (localStorage)
  • Item type icons — visual indicators of element types
  • Cut support — Ctrl+X / ⌘X cuts selected elements to the clipboard manager
  • Context menu integration — “Cut” in right-click menu
  • Delete key — press Del or Backspace to remove selected items from the keyboard
  • Keyboard shortcut — Ctrl+Shift+C / ⌘⇧C to toggle the clipboard panel
  • Top bar button — quick access from Elementor’s top bar
  • Export/Import — save and share clipboard collections as JSON; move your clipboard between sites
  • Favorites — star any item to keep it when clearing all and find it quickly in the Favorites tab (PRO)
  • Search/Filter — filter clipboard items by name or element type (PRO)
  • Drag to reorder — grab any item and drop it to rearrange your clipboard stack (PRO)
  • Container tree — expand containers to view, paste, or delete individual child elements (PRO)

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this break Elementor’s native copy/paste?

No. The plugin enhances native behavior without modifying it. Every Ctrl+C / ⌘C and Ctrl+V / ⌘V works exactly as before. We simply capture copies and allow you to select which item to paste.

How do I paste a specific item?

Click the item in the clipboard panel to select it, then use Ctrl+V / ⌘V as usual. The selected item will be pasted instead of the most recent copy.

Can I paste multiple items at once?

Yes. Ctrl+Click / ⌘+Click to toggle individual items or Shift+Click to select a range, then Ctrl+V / ⌘V to paste all selected items at once.

Where are clipboard items stored?

In your browser’s localStorage. Items persist across page reloads but are specific to your browser and device.

Can I save my clipboard items to a file?

Yes. Click the Export button (↑) in the clipboard panel header to copy all items as a JSON string to your system clipboard. Paste that text into a .txt or .json file and save it anywhere you like. To restore, click the Import button (↓) and paste the JSON text when prompted.

Can I keep important items when clearing the clipboard?

Yes — with the Pro version, mark items as favorites by clicking the star icon. Favorited items are preserved when Clear All is used and are accessible from the dedicated Favorites tab.

Extra PRO Features

Favorites

Star any clipboard item to protect it from bulk clearing and quickly locate it in the dedicated Favorites tab. Ideal for keeping your most-used components always at hand.

Search & Filter

Filter clipboard items by name or element type to instantly find what you need — even across large clipboard stacks.

Drag to Reorder

Grab any item in the clipboard panel and drag it to a new position. Organize your stack the way you think, not just in capture order.

Container Tree

Expand any container in the clipboard to access its child elements individually. Paste or delete nested elements.
